The app does not require an account. Everything you enter is stored only in the app's private storage on your device:

• Workout plans – exercises, sets, rest periods, targets and progression levels (including archived plans)
• Session history – dates, completed sets, reps, durations and your notes
• Settings – language, theme, sounds, vibration, reminder days and time, Premium status

Files are created only when you choose to: a backup (JSON), a results export (CSV) or a workout summary image. You decide where they are saved or sent.

MaKoDev does not receive any of this data.

All training features work offline. The internet is used only by Google services:

• Google AdMob (free version) – shows ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect your IP address (approximate location), device and advertising identifiers (Android advertising ID, app set ID), interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic data, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent to personalised ads using Google's consent form; you can change your choice at any time in the app settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Premium users see no ads.
• Google Play Billing – the one-time Premium purchase is processed by Google Play. We only receive confirmation of the purchase; we never see your payment details.

We do not sell or share your data. Google acts as an independent controller for data processed by AdMob and Google Play. Exported files go only where you send them. If Android backup is enabled on your phone, the system may include the app's data in your Google account backup (encrypted, managed by Google; we have no access to it).

Contact form on this website: your name, email and message are delivered to our mailbox by the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co) and used only to reply to you.

• Notifications – workout progress, end of rest and training reminders (you can turn them off)
• Alarms & reminders – precise end-of-rest signal when the app is in the background
• Vibration – signals during workouts
• Run at startup – restores your reminders after the phone restarts
• Keep screen on – optional during workouts
• Files – only through the system file picker when you import or save files; no storage permission
• Internet and advertising ID – ads in the free version

Data stays on your device until you delete it in the app (e.g. permanently delete an archived plan), clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Data processed by Google is kept according to Google's policies.

Data is kept in the app's private storage, inaccessible to other apps. It is not protected by a separate password, so secure your phone with a screen lock. Exported files are not encrypted – store and share them with care. Connections to Google services are encrypted (TLS).

Because we do not hold your data, you control it directly in the app: you can view, correct and delete it, and export it (JSON/CSV). Legal bases: your consent for personalised ads (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), our legitimate interest in showing non-personalised ads and preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f)) and performance of a contract for purchases (Art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Questions: contact@makodev.dev

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly process their data.
